- All pictured products are show in 7cm disk width, which means the image/detailing of the image will be smaller than 7cm. The drop down selection of the size is for the disk itself and not the image, if you wish to order a larger image, you will need to take this in to consideration and order accordingly. Alternatively, we are here to help and accommodate any questions or requests you may have. Please do not wait for delivery before raising issues with sizing.
- All products are designed for use in decorating edible items such as cakes, cookies, and cupcakes.

- Our products are made from food-safe, durable materials, but are not dishwasher safe. Warping will occur.

- Please inspect all items for any stray threads of plastic before use. While we strive to ensure all items are free of defects, human error may occur.

- Please let us know about any defects within 48 hours of receiving your item.

- Products can differ from what is pictured, a prime example of this is we create our images back to front for display purposes only and that the item you will receive will be in reverse to give the correctly orientated imprint.

- Each item is created from scratch each time, thus what yo may receive can vary ever so slightly, such as size, angle, etc.

- Orders placed before 1 pm will be printed and posted before 5 pm on the same day.

- Orders placed between 1 pm and 4 pm will be printed on the same day but may not be posted until the next day.

- Orders placed between 4 pm and 10 pm will be printed on the same day but posted the next day.

- Orders placed after 10 pm will be printed the following day.

- The last weekend postage pickup is Saturday at 11 am. Orders placed after this time will be posted on Monday.

- Postage qualifications:

- Standard Letter: 1 to 2 embossers.

- Large Letter: 1-6 embossers/debossers, up to 3x 10mm deep cookie cutters.

- Small Parcel: 4 or more cookie cutters, 7+ embossers/debossers, cake pop moulds, rolling pins.

- Postage qualifications:

- Next Day Delivery Guarantee: We will send items via Royal Mail next day delivery, but if this is not met by Royal Mail, the client cannot hold us responsible. Any claims must be made directly to Royal Mail.

- All parcels will be labeled fragile to ensure additional safe handling.

- All postage will be sent with proof of postage. For additional services such as signed for delivery, please contact us to arrange.

- Even though we wash the items before sending, please also wash the items yourself before use for peace of mind.

- After each imprint, please examine every edible item to ensure no small pieces of plastic have broken away, especially with ultra-fine embossers as they are fragile.

- Examine the embosser itself after each use to ensure no parts have broken off before passing edible products on to your own customers.

- We reserve the right to not fulfill any orders but will issue a full refund if this occurs.

- We aim to print orders the same day, but our schedule is: orders before 1 pm will be printed and posted before 5 pm on that day. Items ordered between 1 pm-4 pm will be printed the same day but may not make the same day post. Items ordered between 5 pm-10 pm will be printed the same day but will not be posted until the next day. Orders after 10 pm will be printed the next day. While we strive to meet these timeframes, exceptional circumstances may cause slight delays.

- In the possible eventuality of faulty machinery, the store will be put in maintenance mode which will not allow orders to be placed and any existing customers will be contacted to explain the situation and offered either a refund or the opportunity to wait for replacement parts to be delivered to us.

- Pictures can be supplied of the items from the design to the finished product, especially of customized items, to verify if you are happy or not.
